Super Pearls Deal
Looking for an ideal space for your business or project?
We present a warehouse of 375m2, inserted in a plot of land with 3190m2, with excellent access in Ribeira da Azenha, Vila Nova de Milfontes.
With an excellent sun exposure and location ten minutes from the best beaches of the Alentejo Coast, Aivados and Pessegueiro Island.
This is the opportunity I was waiting for to invest in a place with huge potential.

A few minutes from the beaches of the Alentejo Coast, having as predominant the beach of Aivados and Malhão beach, being 15 minutes from Porto Covo and Vila Nova de Milfontes.

Praia dos Aivados, also known as Praia do Buzinheiro, has a thin and extensive strip of sand, a little wider near the entrance where a small watercourse runs.
The base of the cliff is filled with a string of rolled pebbles that extends to the nearby beach to the south.
This beach is frequented by fishermen and lovers of water sports.

It is an Oceanic Beach located on the coast of Portugal Iberian Peninsula in the municipality of Odemira, bathed by the Atlantic Ocean.

Location:

Vila Nova de Milfontes is a Portuguese parish in the municipality of Odemira, district of Beja, located on the north bank of the mouth of the river Mira. It is inserted in the Natural Park of Southwest Alentejo and Costa Vicentina and has 75.88 km² of area.

At the end of the Christian reconquest, the Alentejo coast was a sparsely populated and disorganized territory, as such, the King of Portugal D. Afonso III made large donations to the Order of Santiago as rewards for its important role in the war against the Moors. In 1486, D. João II founded a new village, in the place called Milfontes, with the purpose of protecting and developing commercial transactions. It detached its territory from the municipality of Sines, to which it previously belonged, and thus created a new municipality that lasted between 1486 and 1836.

Because it is located on the coast, this region was often ravaged by pirates, who pillaged and assaulted the population and vessels. In the sixteenth to eighteenth centuries, the Maghrebi Corsican afflicted the Portuguese coasts in a dramatic way. To face this climate of fear and instability, at the end of the sixteenth century it was ordered to build the fort of São Clemente (castle of Milfontes).

This locality is linked to the great feat of Portuguese aviation that was the first crossing area between Portugal and Macau, carried out by Brito Paes and Sarmento Beires. It was on April 7, 1924 that the pilots departed from Campo dos Coitos, near Milfontes, towards the East. In honor of the aviators and their historical achievement, a monument was erected in Praça da Barbacã, next to the fort, that recalls the heroic journey. It should be noted that Commander Brito Paes was a native of the municipality of Odemira, more specifically of Colos.
